Hello, beautiful you! I’m Janine. I believe in the power of words, images, ritual, silence, prayer, conscious movement, and intentional touch. Not to mention good old-fashioned fun and laughter.
My formal and informal studies include poetry, visual art, massage therapy, tarot, Spanish, and the moon. Since 2010 I have been attending Ayurveda and yoga workshops and retreats with Myra Lewin at Hale Pule, where I learned the daily practices of pranayama and meditation.
I love to dance, hike, cook beans and rice, spend time with family and friends, and travel with my husband. We walked the Camino de Santiago in 2015 and recently spent time in Guanajuato, Mexico studying Spanish and experiencing the Day of the Dead.
